1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between dlb24 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "member"). By accessing the dlb24 website or mobile service, opening an account, making a deposit, or using any game or betting service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 — Registration Eligibility

To open an account on dlb24, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and genuine identification details.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• You may not open a new account if any previous account in your name or under your control has been banned or suspended.

2.2 — Identity Verification (KYC)

The platform may at any time request a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used, for identity verification purposes. dlb24 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 — Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. All transactions carried out through your account are considered your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

dlb24 currently supports transactions through the following mobile financial services:

• bKash — BRAC Bank's mobile payment service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital wallet
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet
• Upay — United Commercial Bank digital payment service

3.2 — Minimum Amount

The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount for all payment methods is ৳500.

3.3 — Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Additional time may be required if verification is needed or an unusual transaction is detected.

3.4 — Payment Rules

• Only payment accounts registered in your name may be used.
• Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn before bonus wagering requirements are met.
• If fraudulent transactions are found, the account will be closed immediately.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

4.2 — Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 — General Bonus Terms

• Each person is entitled to one welcome bonus only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The platform reserves the right to change bonus terms or value.
• dlb24 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is found.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

The dlb24 VIP program has five tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

The platform reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms and cashback amounts. Tiers may change if a member is inactive for a specified period.

6 Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating or assisting in operating multiple accounts.
• Strategic betting with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Playing through software bots, automated tools, or any artificial means.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Harassing other members or damaging the reputation of the site.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party.

6.1 — Account Closure & Balance

In the event of a rule violation, dlb24 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without notice. In cases of serious violation, the entire balance may be forfeited. For voluntary account closure requested by the member, any valid balance will be returned.

7 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

All games available on dlb24 are powered by technology from world-renowned game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and many other reputable companies. All game outcomes are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

7.1 — Betting Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal result, that bet will be considered void.

7.2 — System Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, server error, or disconnection, dlb24 will make every reasonable effort to resolve that round. In such cases, the platform's decision is final.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on deposits.
• Time Limits: Automatic logout after a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary account suspension for a set period.

10 Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

dlb24 is not liable for:

• Loss caused by internet connection issues or the user's device.
• Loss resulting from a member keeping their login details insecure.
• Delays or loss caused by third-party services or payment gateways.
• Unexpected technical failures or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

10.2 — Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, please contact our support team first. The support team will review the complaint within a reasonable time and communicate a decision. dlb24's decision is final and is made in good faith.

11 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

dlb24 reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after any change means you accept the new terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
